1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the pv999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the pv999 platform, constitute the entire agreement ("Agreement") between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pv999 ("pv999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the pv999 gaming platform accessible at pv999.bio.

1.2 By creating an account, logging into an existing pv999 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity on pv999, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally and in full. Your continued use of pv999 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

1.3 pv999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice, subject to the provisions set out in Section 15 (Amendments) below. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

1.4 If you are using pv999 on behalf of another individual or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms.

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of pv999's gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of account registration and at all times during which the account remains active. pv999 enforces this age restriction rigorously through CNIC-based identity verification.

2.2 Age Verification. pv999 requires all registered users to submit a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) for age and identity verification purposes. Verification is required at the time of first withdrawal request and may be required at any point during the account's active lifecycle at pv999's sole discretion. Accounts where the registered user is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pv999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pv999 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. By registering and using pv999, you confirm that you are accessing the platform in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) pv999 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

2.5 Excluded Persons. The following categories of individuals are not permitted to register or maintain a pv999 account: (a) individuals who have been self-excluded from pv999 during the applicable exclusion period; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of pv999 or its affiliated entities; (c) immediate family members of pv999 employees; (d) individuals whose accounts have been previously permanently suspended by pv999 for any reason.

3.1 To access pv999's gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a chosen username and password.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pv999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pv999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3.3 pv999 support agents will never request your account password, CNIC number, or payment PIN during any support interaction. If you receive any communication purporting to be from pv999 that requests such information, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to pv999 via the official live chat channel.

3.4 You must promptly notify pv999 of any suspected unauthorised access to or use of your account. pv999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

3.5 pv999 reserves the right to decline any account registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where false or misleading information has been provided during the registration process.

4.1 pv999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only via the payment methods listed on the Cashier page of the pv999 platform at any given time. Accepted payment methods include but are not limited to EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed within the pv999 Cashier interface.

4.3 All deposits are processed in PKR. pv999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which pv999 is not responsible.

4.4 Deposits made to pv999 are for the sole purpose of wagering on pv999's gaming services. Depositing funds without the intention to wager, or using pv999 as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment methods, constitutes misuse of the platform and may result in account suspension.

4.5 pv999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit to a pv999 account. Deposits from payment methods not owned by the registered account holder are not permitted.

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders to a payment method registered in their own name. pv999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not belonging to the registered user, or accounts in currencies other than PKR.

5.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, the account holder must complete identity verification by submitting a clear photograph of their valid Pakistani CNIC. This is a one-time requirement unless pv999 determines that re-verification is necessary due to changes in account circumstances.

5.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. pv999 aims to process all EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one (1) and two (2) business days.

5.4 pv999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may result in extended processing times. pv999 will notify the account holder if additional documentation is required.

5.5 Where a pv999 account has received bonus funds, withdrawal eligibility is subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonuses, as described in Section 7 below. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5.6 pv999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

6.1 pv999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing account holders, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All such offers are subject to these Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

6.2 Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the applicable promotional terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unclaimed or that fail to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will be forfeited without notice.

6.3 Only one bonus may be active in a pv999 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms. Players are responsible for selecting the appropriate bonus at the time of deposit.

6.4 pv999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, where pv999 reasonably determines that the offer is being abused or where continued operation of the promotion is not commercially viable.

6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account wagering, low-risk bet exploitation, matched betting using bonus funds, and systematic abuse of promotional terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7.1 All bonus funds awarded by pv999 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus type is specified in the promotional terms for that bonus.

7.2 Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements are calculated on the combined total of the bonus amount and the deposit amount. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 500 deposit and a Rs 500 bonus requires total wagers of Rs 20,000 before withdrawal eligibility is met.

7.3 Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type:

7.4 Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum qualifying bet per round or per market when bonus funds are active is Rs 500. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

7.5 Real-money (non-bonus) funds in a pv999 account are always used first when placing bets. Bonus funds are applied to wagers only after the real-money balance has been depleted.

8.1 All games offered on the pv999 platform — including live dealer games, certified digital slot games, table games, crash games, and sportsbook markets — operate under defined game rules that are available within each game interface or in the pv999 Help section.

8.2 pv999's digital games (slots, RNG table games, crash games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and approved to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with internationally recognised gaming standards. pv999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, pv999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where the outcome of a disconnected game round cannot be determined, the stake for that round may be returned to the player's account balance.

8.4 In-play (live) sports betting markets are subject to the specific trading rules applicable to each market. Bets accepted in error at incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error on pv999's part may be voided. pv999 will notify affected players in such circumstances.

8.5 pv999 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome has been subject to manipulation, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent interference, whether by the player or by any third party.

9.1 pv999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. All gaming services on pv999 are available exclusively to individuals aged 21 and above. pv999 actively promotes responsible gaming as an operational and ethical standard — not merely a regulatory compliance requirement.

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pv999 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one pv999 account under any identity;
• Using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information during registration or verification;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, access games, or interact with the pv999 platform;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms using pv999 promotional funds;
• Using pv999 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your pv999 account credentials to any third party;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or circumvent any technology or security system used by pv999;
• Colluding with other players in any poker game or other multi-player format available on pv999;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the pv999 platform for personal gain.

10.2 Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including real-money deposits where fraud is established), and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities.

11.1 pv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any pv999 account at any time and without prior notice where pv999 reasonably determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed; (c) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) compliance with applicable law or licensing requirements demands such action; or (e) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to pv999 or other users.

11.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pv999 will conduct its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate its findings to the account holder. During the investigation period, access to the account and any funds held therein may be restricted.

11.3 Where an account is permanently suspended due to confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or serious breach of these Terms, pv999 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all funds — including real-money deposits — held in the account at the time of suspension. In all other cases of account closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the verified account holder via the method used for the most recent deposit.

11.4 You may request to close your pv999 account at any time by contacting pv999 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

12.1 All content available on the pv999 platform — including but not limited to the pv999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and animations, software code, text, promotional materials, and all other creative or technical elements — is owned by or licensed to pv999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pv999 platform solely for the purpose of participating in pv999's gaming services for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. No rights, title, or interest in any pv999 intellectual property are transferred to you by virtue of this licence.

12.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any pv999 content without express written permission from pv999.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pv999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pv999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or any other cause.

13.2 pv999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and factors outside pv999's reasonable control (including telecommunications outages in Pakistan affecting Telenor, Jazz, Zong, or Ufone networks) may result in temporary service unavailability.

13.3 pv999's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to pv999 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pv999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14.1 If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your pv999 account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter arising under these Terms, you must first contact pv999 customer support via the official live chat or email channel and allow pv999 a reasonable period to investigate and respond.

14.2 pv999 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Complex matters may require additional time; pv999 will communicate any extensions to the account holder.

14.3 All disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised with pv999 within fourteen (14) calendar days of the disputed game round or event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

14.4 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through pv999's internal complaint process, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as specified by pv999's applicable gaming license. pv999 will cooperate fully with any such referral process.

14.5 pv999's records — including game logs, transaction records, and communication histories — shall constitute the primary evidential basis for the resolution of any dispute between pv999 and a player, unless there is clear evidence that such records are materially inaccurate.

15.1 pv999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, pv999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders through a notice displayed on the pv999 platform or by communication to the mobile number registered to the account.

15.2 Amended Terms will take effect upon publication on the pv999 platform. Your continued use of pv999 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using pv999 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.4.

15.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page at pv999.bio/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

16.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pv999 holds its gaming license. Any disputes not resolved through pv999's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

16.2 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16.3 pv999's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by pv999 in writing.

16.4 The English language version of these Terms is the authoritative and binding version. Any translations of these Terms provided for convenience are non-binding and in the event of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
